Whether you love magazines or manga, romance or rap lyrics, poetry or play scripts, biographies or board books, whether you're a parent, a carer or teenager, we want you to read more, and, encourage others to read more too. Everything starts with reading, and reading is life changing! We are launching Cumbria’s National Year of Reading with 10 at 10 on Wednesday 23rd April 2008. We want you to take 10 minutes out of your day to read – it doesn’t have to be at 10 a.m and it doesn’t matter what you read, we just want you to read! Free reads for everyone at your local library.
