The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction will be celebrating its 20th Anniversary in 2011 with lots of new and exciting things to do.

Its only a hop, skip and jump to The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction. This unique experience for young and old alike-is the only attraction of its kind in Europe. You will experience all 23 of Beatrix Potter’s Tale, brought to life in an indoor recreation of the Lake District countryside complete with sights, sounds and even smells. Take a journey in the footsteps of Miss Potter with the interactive virtual walks and find out more about Beatrix Potter with the Tale of Mrs Heelis film and time-line.

A Brand New addition to the Attraction is a Peter Rabbit Naturally Better Garden which allows you to step outside into a wonderful evocation of the kitchen and cottage gardens of the Peter Rabbit stories. The garden is organic, only uses plants known to Beatrix Potter and is as environmentally friendly as possible. 

The attraction is also home to the Beatrix Potter Emporium, which stocks a wide range of Peter Rabbit gifts and the Beatrix Potter Tearoom, one of Cumbria’s most child friendly cafe’s and winner of a Local Food & Drink Award
