Abbot Hall Art Gallery

Abbot Hall is a jewel of a building in a beautiful setting on the banks of the River Kent, overlooked by the ruins of Kendal Castle.  It is one of Britain’s finest small art galleries and a wonderful place in which to see and enjoy art in the elegantly proportioned rooms.

As well as owning a very fine art collection, Abbot Hall is highly acclaimed for its stimulating exhibition programme.
