The World of Beatrix Potter™ Attraction

It’s only a hop, skip and jump to The World of Beatrix Potter, the only Peter Rabbit attraction officially licensed by Beatrix Potter's publishers and a unique way to find out more about Miss Potter and her delightful characters. A recent £2m refurbishment means that now all 23 Peter Rabbit tales are brought to life in a magical indoor recreation of the Lake District countryside. You can call on Jemima Puddle-duck in the woodland glade and creep into Mr. McGregor's garden with Peter Rabbit. There is also an opportunity take a journey in the footsteps of Miss Potter with the Virtual Walks and learn more about the pioneering life of Beatrix Potter with our Tale of Mrs Heelis film and displays .

The attraction is also home to the Beatrix Potter Emporium, which stocks a wide range of Peter Rabbit gifts and the Tailor of Gloucester Tea Room, one of Cumbria’s most child friendly cafe’s and winner of a Local Food & Drink Award
