Kendal Museum of Natural History and Archaeology

Kendal Museum is one of the oldest museums in the country.  It houses outstanding displays of archaeology and natural history, both local and global.  With many examples of Lakeland Flora and Fauna, the Museum charts developments from Prehistoric times, through Roman, Medieval and Victorian times and into the 21st Century.

Open
Thursday – Saturday, 12.00 pm  – 5.00 pm.
Closed between Christmas and New Year.

Admission charges:  Adults £2.80, Senior Citizens £2.20, Children and Students free.

Free parking, gift shop and wheelchair access (some partial).
