Culture Cumbria

Cumbria Cultural Forum is an Unincorporated Association, established by Cumbria County Council but is now fully independent "To develop a partnership approach to optimise cultural assets", because:

• The cultural sector makes a major contribution to the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of the county.
• It can maximise the sector's contribution and presence.
• It can improve networking, and access to information.
• There is a need for an independent and accountable body to represent the sector's diverse interests.
